Halo Infinite’s limited-time multiplayer event Fracture: Tenrai returns with more samurai-themed Spartan cosmetics and easier challenges to unlock.
The limited-time Fracture: Tenrai event has returned to Halo Infinite’s multiplayer
Grab your battle rifle and energy sword as the limited-time event Fracture: Tenrai returns to Halo Infinite multiplayer.
The week-long event first took place shortly after Halo Infinite’s free multiplayer was surprisingly launched before the game’s campaign mode.
Players can raise their rank while playing multiplayer matches which unlock experience boosts and unique Halo Infinite cosmetics.
It wasn’t long before multiplayer became one of the most played games on Steam.
There are many multiplayer shooters to choose from
Gamers have plenty of multiplayer shooters to choose from on both computer and game consoles.
Halo fans are concerned that the latest entry in the series will experience similar issues affecting other games – such as Fortnite and Apex Legends – that encourage microtransactions as well as hacks and scams.
Fan concerns were unfounded as many complained that leveling and unlocking items in Halo Infinite multiplayer was too difficult.
Developer 343 Studios listened to fan feedback and seem to have made a few changes that will make some Halo fans happier, or at least make them look cooler with easier-to-unlock samurai armor.
Special cosmetics and rewards for the samurai-themed Spartan event are unlockable
The Halo Waypoint Blog greets Spartans in the new year by returning the free limited-time event Fracture: Tenrai.
Halo Infinite players can now unlock special cosmetics and rewards associated with the Spartan Samurai event by taking on player-specific challenges and playing a chaotic Fiesta mode playlists that generates random weapons.
The cosmetics from the last event are back with some new ones, so players who couldn’t spend a lot of time unlocking them can now skip 30 tiers of free Event Pass.
For those who want to join, players can try and unlock everything at the Halo Infinite’s Fractures Tenrai Event if they want.
The second round of the Halo Infinite Fracture: Tenrai event will be playable
The second round of the Halo Infinite Fracture: Tenrai event will take place on January 4-11.
343 Studios said this is the second of six times the Fracture: Tenrai event is planned.
If players are still having trouble unlocking the samurai-theme pieces for their Spartans armor, they can continue their progress during the next scheduled Tenrai event.
Fan feedback was introduced to level up by passing the event to be much more useful by revising the challenges and limits that players faced during previous timed events.
To wrap up,…
Reworking challenges and addition of extra multiplayer playlists to Halo Infinite proves that the developer is working hard to respond to fan feedback to improve the multiplayer experience.
Now that the game’s campaign has begun, the longevity of Halo Infinite will rest on the heavy metal shoulders of the game’s multiplayer.
Players are looking forward to more variety in the game’s multiplayer, which will definitely be offered by the Halo Infinite’s upcoming Forge mode with a plethora of customizable modes that fans have seen in previous Halo games.
While the cooperative campaign and Forge mode aren’t expected until the spring and summer of 2022, Halo Infinite fans have plenty of cosmetics to unlock in the meantime.
Halo Infinite is now available on Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and Windows.
