Although the Halo Infinite campaign will not be launched for a few more days, its multiplayer game has been the focus of fierce criticism since its release in mid-November 2021.
Because the aggressive and harmful messages on the Halo Infinite subreddit focus on the game’s developer 343 Industries reached such a level, posts to the subreddit were temporarily frozen in an attempt to restore order.
The core gameplay of sci-fi shooters is mostly praised. But concerns about the game’s aggressive monetization and lack of playlists have frustrated many long-term players in the series.
Halo Infinite’s campaign seems to be a welcome change
Despite the fact that the multiplayer part of the game may be controversial, the campaign of Halo Infinite seems to be a welcome change to the franchise model that has been defined over the past 20 years.
The game’s new open-world approach has been well satisfied. And it has received enthusiastic reviews from many top publications.
This new method of Halo campaign was initially suspected after the initial exposure. However, it seems that fans can finally breathe a sigh of relief, knowing that this adventure is worth the wait.
How a Halo Infinite player managed to save themselves from the pitfall
In a post on the Halo subreddit, user Rayziel_ shared an incredible last-minute rescue thanks to the clever use of a grappling hook.
After using the grappling hook to jump into the enemy Warthog, the driver quickly made a decision to drive the vehicle directly into the pitfall in the center of the Behemoth multiplayer map.
At the last moment, Rayziel_ was able to jump back from the falling Warthog.
Using the second grappling hook shot, the driver saved himself and flew back to safety outside the pit.
This video received nearly 1,400 upvotes on subreddit. Comments were hot, and other players praised Rayziel_ for their quick thinking.
The subreddit is full of amazing and silly moments of the game, such as using the series’ famous sniper rifle to get 23 kills in a single shot.
There will be improvements to Halo Infinite
Many players are enjoying their epic moments in the Halo Infinite multiplayer game. Nevertheless, 343 Industries has made it clear that it is listening to feedback and making improvements in the future.
The game mode has been restricted since its launch. Yet it is planned to add many classic Halo playlists, such as Slayer and SWAT, before the end of 2021.
Even though multiplayer games are limited in their current state, Halo Infinite players are already performing and sharing incredible games on an incredible scale.
Halo Infinite’s Multiplayer is now available to download on PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series S|X. The campaign will be launched on these platforms on December 8.
