About Nioh
Nioh is a series of games that require high processing skills in battles. What makes Nioh different from Souls-Like-style games like Dark Soul, Seriko or Bloodborne it’s in the fact that players take the initiative more in a fight. Because the boss also has a Ki bar (Stamina). This makes the player have the right decision to attack or defend better. The character’s attack stances as well as weapons types are also suitable for certain types of bosses. Allows the player’s attacks to decrease the boss’s Ki, so you can attack and move more sensibly.
However, the difficulty of the game is not inferior to other Souls-Like games. The majority of boss attacks will take down the player from 2 to 3 hits so it is rare for anyone to complete Nioh without being defeated. Since it is a game that focuses on combat, Nioh doesn’t have a good plot. Even in Nioh 2 the bosses of the first Nioh will occasionally reappear. Furthermore, the manufacturer of Team Ninja does not invest in the map design as well as the quality of the game’s graphics. But basically, the game will give you a feeling of satisfaction when defeating the boss. Instead of stunning you with graphics or music in the game.
