You can play with is the AMD Radeon Vega 8

The cheapest graphics card you can play with is the AMD Radeon Vega 8. 

Also, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 980 is recommended to run the game on the highest settings. 

In terms of game file size, you need at least 1GB of free space.
